Efforts We Make toward COVID-19 Outbreak

In order to prevent everyone from getting infected by coronavirus
and make our guests feel safe in Hotel MARUFUKU, the followings are what we have approached.

【Main Efforts of Hotel MARUFUKU】

・Besides the normal cleaning, extra disinfection of all rooms and public areas, especially those high touch areas such as door knobs, handrails, handles, light switches, faucets, etc.
・The placement of medicinal hand soap in rooms
・The placement of hand sanitizer in our hotel
・All staff wear masks.
・Thorough management of staff’s health and hygiene condition (checking and recording staff’s body temperature before work)
・Cleaning of dishware with hot water and cleaning of trays with disinfectant

【The Favor of Our Guests】

・If you have a fever or do not feel comfortable, we are terribly sorry but we would highly appreciate it if you could refrain from coming to our hotel.
・Please keep a certain distance from other guests when you are in the lobby.
・If you feel sick, please do not hesitate to inform our staff.

We will continuously make efforts to avoid the infection according to the latest policy of the government and the infection situation.
We would be very sorry if our approach causes any inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
